Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Washington Bar Admission in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.
• Litigation: drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Consumer/product/employment class action experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer and wage and hour class actions in State and Federal Courts.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes.
