Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Washington Bar Admission in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation.
• Litigation: drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Consumer/product/employment class action experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in consumer and wage and hour class actions in State and Federal Courts.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice.
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Work directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes.

Class Action Litigation Practice Group

Location: Seattle, WA

A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a skilled and driven mid-level Associate Attorney to join its highly-regarded Class Action Litigation Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation associate to work on sophisticated and complex disputes for local, national, and international clients across a broad range of industries. The practice regularly handles matters in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, offering associates substantial responsibility, meaningful client exposure, and exceptional opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and collegial environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing, or the ability to waive in, is required.
• 4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation, either through a law firm or clerkship.
• Litigation Experience: Excel in drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances for complex business disputes.
• Consumer, product liability, and/or employment related class action experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Soft Skills: Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $250,000 – $305,000, commensurate with experience and market conditions. Effective January 1, 2027, the annualsalaryrangefor this position willbe$270,000 to$330,000.
