Job summary

Fathom Management seeks an experienced Middle-Level Cartographic Analyst – Production to support a federal geospatial mission at NGA-Wash (NCE). The role requires hands-on GEOINT production, geography, cartography, and GIS skills to deliver human geography and nautical chart products for mission planning and policy decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years GEOINT experience.
• Proficiency in geography, cartography and GIS.
• Experience with ArcGIS applications.
• Knowledge of NGA digital data formats.
• Ability to analyze imagery and hydrographic data.

Responsibilities

• Produce human geography products, maps and reports.
• Perform cartographic and GIS analysis from multiple sources.
• Analyze features from rasters, hydrographic data and ortho imagery.
• Contribute to GIS production, data management and QA.
• Support NGA DNC/DNC conversion, production and review.
