Job summary

Leidos in Springfield, VA is seeking a cleared Cartographic Analyst to support a government-contractor team in producing and analyzing cartographic products. This position allows partial telework and requires TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant geospatial experience.
• Experience with geography, cartography and GIS including ArcGIS applications.
• Ability to analyze imagery and non-imagery source information for NGA hydrographic products.

Responsibilities

• Provide cartographic production and analysis within a government-contractor team.
• Perform Electronic Nautical Chart conversion, production and review.
• Update source catalogs and perform data conversion/migration.
• Extract features from raster nautical charts, hydrographic survey data and ortho-rectified imagery.
