Job summary

SHR in Paris, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support FEMA cloud and enterprise IT initiatives. You will gather business needs, document requirements, and interface with technical teams within FEMA’s SELC framework.

Responsibilities include elicitation, interviews, process mapping, creating BRDs and user stories, maintaining traceability, and supporting sprint planning and UAT with PMs, Cloud SMEs, and Data Teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a related role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum requirements development.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and APIs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related degree.
• PM or Agile certification strongly preferred

Clearance:

• Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
