Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Paris, VA, to lead advanced analytics efforts supporting FEMA mission operations, cloud initiatives, and executive reporting. The role requires developing visualizations, predictive models, and enterprise insights.

You will mentor junior analysts, define KPIs, and ensure data quality and governance. A Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics or related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 7 years of related experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in a related role.
• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.
• Strong statistical and analytical modeling capabilities.
