Job summary

SHR is seeking a Data Analyst SME to serve as FEMA’s authoritative expert for analytical strategy, enterprise-wide dashboards, performance metrics, and advanced modeling.

You will advise leadership on analytic strategy, lead enterprise analytics platforms and data governance, oversee forecasting and cross-agency reporting, and develop enterprise KPI frameworks. The position requires a Bachelor's in Math or Statistics, a Master’s preferred, and analytics certifications preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Analytics Certifications Preferred.
