Job summary

Chenega MIOS in Ft. Belvoir, VA seeks a Mid-Level AV-VTC Engineer (Programmer) to develop and maintain AV capabilities across the client’s headquarters and subordinate sites, ensuring the AV Engineering Team has the tools necessary to successfully execute the mission.

You will apply advanced Crestron, Extron, AMX and Cisco UC/VTC knowledge, design touch panels, troubleshoot, and collaborate with multiple Chenega AV Engineering teams; travel may be required to customer sites.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in information technology or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in AV Programming, Engineering and Maintenance.
• Senior experience configuring, maintaining Extron, Crestron, AMX and Cisco UC/VTC technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational programming maintenance and support for all Audio Video systems.
• Support VTC capabilities, design new Ui and integration with Chenega AV Engineering teams.
• Utilize Crestron programming to manage a large AV system.
• Design and configure touch panels; interpret schematics to troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high-visibility systems remain functional.
• Record labor hours daily and complete training requirements.
• Travel to customer sites CONUS/OCONUS as required.
