Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, provides hands-on experience in one of our centers, diagnosing issues with a mechanical aptitude while delivering outstanding service. You will work with brakes, alignments, and ongoing training in the fast-paced automotive industry.

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will perform line services, maintenance, and diagnostics; promote guest service, document work, and follow safety policies while working in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 18.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management immediately.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
• Maintain adherence to company vehicle care policies.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
