Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will diagnose technical issues and deliver outstanding service, while developing mechanical skills.

You will learn brake repairs, wheel alignments, routine inspections, and system diagnostics in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. We offer training and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem-solving for customer vehicles.
• Provide excellent guest service by communicating clearly about guest vehicles and offering guidance.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Follow established safety policies and procedures and promote teamwork to deliver timely, quality care.
