Job Overview

As a General Maintenance Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience diagnosing technical issues, performing services such as brakes, alignments, and preventative maintenance, and learning in the evolving automotive industry. We support your success as you invest in ours—apply now!

Responsibilities

1. Perform line technician services, routine inspections, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
2. Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle work.
3. Mentor junior technicians.
4. Conduct brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, wheel alignments, and tire installations.
5. Document all work accurately.
6. Report safety issues immediately.
7. Promote teamwork and ensure guest care during all hours.
8. Adhere strictly to vehicle care and operation policies.
9. Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive experience (brakes, fluid flushes, maintenance).
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.
• No relocation offered.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition.
