Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers. You’ll diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn brakes, alignments, and the latest automotive technologies while receiving comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement within a leading tire and auto service company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate guest service and communicate clearly about guest vehicles; document work performed.
• Maintain safety, follow company policies, and assist with tire installation and related tasks.
