Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers, diagnosing issues and delivering outstanding service. You will learn brake repairs, alignments, and routine maintenance while advancing with fast-track opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Display a commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Assist with tire installation, alignments, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate guest service with clear communication about vehicle status and needs.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
• Mentor junior automotive technicians and support team collaboration.
