Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Display a commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
• ASE Certification is preferred; HS diploma or GED is advantageous.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests is a plus.
• Experience with electrical systems or A/C is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and maintenance.
• Conduct system diagnostics and brake repairs with accuracy.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate findings clearly.
• Adhere to safety policies and collaborate with teammates for efficient service.
• Demonstrate guest service and provide guidance to junior technicians.
