As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and exceptional Mid-Level Associate Attorney with at least four years of litigation or other relevant experience to join our team and contribute meaningfully to our expanding commercial practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling pre-trial proceedings, discovery, motion practice, court conferences, and depositions.
• Drafting legal documents including, but not limited to, bill of particulars and other pleadings, discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
• Managing the in-take of contract requests and conducting client interviews related to contracts.
• Perform legal research.
• Managing and settling disputes.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Apprising partners of material developments and matters on a timely basis.
• Exercising sound business and legal judgment.
• Demonstrating leadership skills in the support of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years New York litigation experience.
• Member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage cases.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range of $130,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
