Acentra Health, LLC is seeking an AI Business Partner to support the AI & Automation Center of Excellence and health-tech teams. You will translate business needs into AI use cases, document value, and coordinate with product, data, and engineering groups to drive delivery.

With a focus on HIPAA-compliant practices, you will evaluate feasibility, data readiness, and adoption considerations while helping teams explore practical AI opportunities that improve performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of healthcare technology or related business-facing experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and AI concepts.
• Ability to translate needs into structured requirements and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document AI opportunities across provider, claims, and related workflows.
• Support discovery sessions focused on automation, decision support, and knowledge retrieval.
• Translate business needs into use cases, requirements, and business value hypotheses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to align and deliver AI initiatives.
• Evaluate feasibility, value, risk, data readiness, and adoption considerations.
