Acentra Health is looking for a AI Business Partner, Mid to join our growing team.
The AI Business Partner supports the AI & Automation Center of Excellence and assigned business teams in identifying and advancing practical AI opportunities that improve operational performance, product capability, service quality, and user experience. The role applies a working knowledge of AI, generative AI, automation, and data-driven innovation to help teams explore possibilities and translate business needs into clearly defined use cases. Within the HealthTech Systems organization, this position works with colleagues supporting provider and claims software platforms, services, and operations. Under the guidance of senior team members, the AI Business Partner helps document opportunities, assess business value and readiness, coordinate stakeholders, and support AI concepts as they move from discovery into planning and delivery.

For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
