Acentra Health is seeking an AI Business Partner to join our HealthTech Systems team in guiding AI opportunities from discovery to planning and delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration with provider and claims software teams, plus a strong focus on practical AI applications to improve operations, product capability, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, product management, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related role.
• Working knowledge of healthcare administration workflows such as provider systems, claims platforms, utilization management, care management, or payer/provider service operations.
• Understanding of AI, including generative AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging technology concepts; ability to communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating needs into structured requirements or solution concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience contributing to business cases, initiative prioritization, process improvement, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance feasibility, adoption, compliance, and responsible AI use.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HealthTech Systems stakeholders to identify and document AI opportunities across provider, claims, and related workflows.
• Support discovery conversations and sessions focused on workflow automation, decision support, knowledge retrieval, and user assistance.
• Translate business needs into use case summaries, requirements,.value hypotheses, and initial solution concepts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product teams, transformation partners, data teams, and AI engineering resources to support alignment.
• Evaluate feasibility, value, risk, data readiness, and adoption considerations for proposed AI initiatives.
• Prepare intake materials, business case inputs, prioritization documents, and status updates for review by senior leaders.
• Apply responsible AI practices by addressing human oversight, privacy, compliance, and data sensitivity requirements.
• Maintain project tracking, capture stakeholder feedback, monitor adoption themes, and document impact.
• Contribute to reusable tools, templates, and lessons learned to improve AI intake and delivery processes.
• Read and adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
