Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an AI Business Partner, Mid, to join our HealthTech Systems team. You will identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to improve performance, product capability, service quality, and user experience.

Under guidance of senior staff, you will translate business needs into concrete use cases, coordinate with stakeholders, and help plan from discovery through delivery, while upholding privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in healthcare technology, operations, product management, or a related business-facing role.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration workflows and AI concepts.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into structured concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document AI opportunities across provider, claims, and related workflows.
• Support discovery conversations on workflow automation, decision support, and knowledge retrieval.
• Translate business needs into use cases, requirements, and business value hypotheses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product teams, and data resources for alignment.
• Assess feasibility, value, risk, data readiness, and adoption considerations.
• Prepare intake materials and business-case inputs for leadership review.
• Apply responsible AI practices focusing on privacy, compliance, and risk.
• Maintain tracking and capture stakeholder feedback on adoption themes.
• Contribute to reusable templates and lessons learned for AI intake/delivery.
• Read and adhere to corporate policies including HIPAA privacy/security rules.
