Job summary

The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in Engineering or Business; salary range is $80,000–$115,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cost estimating for aerospace projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed project cost estimates including project complexity factors and key input data such as project objectives, scope and economic analysis.
• Translates the identified project scope and engineering deliverables into the estimate of capital expenditure costs.
• Creates and establishes cost-monitoring processes to track profit or loss for each project.
• Manages reviews and audits of cost estimates and validates methodologies for deriving quantities from design parameters.
