Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it.
• Liquidity management experience preferred near Santa Rosa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the inventory ledger to a physical count.
• Close the books each month.
• Build the finance P&L bridge explaining every dollar of swing.
• Reconcile merchant fees against statements.
• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning.
• Administer the company expense policy and audit reimbursement claims.
