Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking an Accountant II to perform month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting. The role oversees fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, CER coordination, and audit support in a manufacturing/high-tech setting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, solid GAAP knowledge, ERP/Oracle familiarity, and strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and support tax reporting and budgeting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Working knowledge of financial systems, budget processes, GAAP, capital investments, and financial analysis methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close procedures and prepare journal entries.
• Maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and disposals.
• Administer the CER process from kick-off to approval with Controller.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
