Job summary

Source is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. You’ll manage Kubernetes clusters, implement infrastructure as code, and automate deployments on Google Cloud and bare-metal environments.

You’ll work with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, Helm, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions to keep services reliable at scale. You’ll collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, improve stability, and ensure secure access to cloud resources, secrets, and registries, while mentoring and growing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes workloads and clusters.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and networking knowledge.
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD tooling (Terraform/Terragrunt, Ansible, GitHub Actions).
• Security-conscious approach to credentials and access control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters (GKE) across environments.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Build and improve Helm charts, Argo CD ApplicationSets, and GitHub Actions workflows.
• Investigate incidents using logs, metrics, and health checks with rollback plans.
• Enforce secure access to GCP services, secrets, and container registries.
• Collaborate with developers to improve system stability and performance.
