Job summary

WeSource in the United States is seeking an experienced Lead DevOps/Cloud Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will guide a team to build scalable, secure, and reliable platforms across environments.

The role emphasizes deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS services, with strong automation and IaC skills to drive efficiency, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with leadership
• AWS services including EKS, IAM, S3, RDS, EC2
• Terraform for IaC and automation
• Kubernetes administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Security/compliance experience (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA)

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of Kubernetes clusters across environments
• Architect and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infra and apps
• Establish security best practices and compliance across cloud resources
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and guide incident response
