A Veteran-Owned Small Business is seeking a Mid. Deputy Program Manager to manage intelligence operations at Fort Meade, MD. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree, PMP, and significant management experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a credentialed CI Special Agent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and candidates must be capable of working in a high-operational tempo environment. This role mandates the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree, and PMP (or equivalent).
• Also, must be a graduate of any of the following Military Intelligence Certifying Courses:
• Army – 351L Course (or its predecessor)
• Army – 35E Course (or its predecessor)
• Minimum 4 years’ management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a credentialed CI Special Agent, or intelligence officer.
• Minimum 2 years of staff officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command.
• Understanding of CI investigations, operations, and intelligence analysis.
• Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
• Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• *College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Desired education:

• High School Diploma- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Associate’s degree- 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree- 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s Degree- 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.
