Beyond New Horizons, LLC, is seeking a Mid-Career Mechanical Engineer to support AEDC at Arnold AFB, TN. You will design and analyze process systems, lead teams, and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project execution.

The role requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and the ability to work on-site at Arnold AFB, TN. Security clearance capability is required for access to secure networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum five years' experience in design of complete process systems.
• Active security clearance capability or access required.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for mass and heat transfer systems (steam, air, hydraulics, piping).
• Provide hydraulic/thermal analyses and prepare procurement packages.
• Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Coordinate with design team to produce complete design packages.
• Serve as responsible engineer for complex, multi-year projects.
