Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Understanding of the transaction lifecycle and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic client meetings on M&A or capital markets.
• Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions.
• Define and review valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO).
• Lead and mentor Associates and Analysts in execution.
• Participate in graduate recruiting and team development.
