Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Savannah location seeks a Technical Operations Systems Specialist II focusing on mid-cabin mechanical systems. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing expert guidance on installation, service, repair, and maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft systems.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field, 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, and an A&P license (or EASA B1/B2) with related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance, engineering technology, or related curriculum required.
• 5 years aircraft related maintenance and operations experience is required.
• An A&P license, EASA B1/B2 FlightSafety Master Technician and four (4) additional years related aircraft experience may offset the degree.

Responsibilities

• Responds to in-flight emergency calls and coordinates resources.
• Provides technical consultation to customers and internal teams to resolve operational conditions.
• Develops troubleshooting plans specific to operator/aircraft needs and guides implementation to Return To Service.
• Directs exchange of technical data for temporary or permanent repair drawings.
• Develops and updates troubleshooting procedures and test equipment for Gulfstream aircraft.
• Sets priorities for action based on safety, urgency, and policy.
• Advocates for customer satisfaction and process improvements.
