Job summary

Malarkey Roofing is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Mid-Atlantic to drive sales and market development for residential and commercial roofing. You will work with the VP of Sales and Sr Directors to achieve profit objectives and market share goals.

You will oversee region operations, manage distribution channels, forecast goals, and develop strategic plans. This role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in sales, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Strong knowledge and success selling through distribution channels.
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all activities and personnel in the region.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
• Develop strategic plans to ensure growth in long- and short-term horizons.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and ESG policies.
