Arctic Wolf is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive demand in the Mid-Atlantic region from a remote location. You will partner with regional sales teams and channel partners to craft and execute programs that accelerate the marketing funnel and revenue growth.

The role requires 5–7 years in B2B field or partner marketing, strong communication, and proficiency with marketing automation and Salesforce. You will manage events, budgets, analytics, and regional messaging across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications.
• Strong ability to build relationships with sales leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create quarterly marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity for the territory.
• Coordinate with sales teams to maximize impact of marketing initiatives.
• Research, design and coordinate regional and partner events from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Develop a formal methodology to collect and share insights with corporate marketing.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop programs that open new opportunities.
• Manage field and partner marketing budgets and vendor relations.
