Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across the Eastern region from New Jersey. This remote role supports Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast markets, driving brand awareness, client engagement, and sales alignment.

The ideal candidate balances strategic planning with flawless execution and will travel up to 40–50%. You will collaborate with the Director, National Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver well-planned programs,

Qualifications

5+ years in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing (tech/VAR ecosystem a plus).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data and dashboards.
Experience coordinating end-to-end field marketing programs and events.
Ability to collaborate with Sales, Partner Marketing, and BDRs to drive outreach and follow-up.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Eastern region, including client events and sponsorships.
Collaborate with the Director, National Field Marketing to align programs with company objectives and regional growth.
Develop initiatives to drive engagement and strengthen client and partner relationships in the East Region.
Present program plans, updates, and post-event recaps with clear metrics and ROI.
Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment.
Track event metrics, pipeline influence, and sponsorship ROI.
