Job summary

The Ohio State University University Hospital | 10 South - Medical ICU is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager (RN) to support 24/7 MICU operations and lead a care team. The ANM partners with the Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and an environment that fosters collaboration and professional practice.

Required BSN, active RN license, and 2–3 years of clinical experience, with leadership skills and nursing administration certification or a plan to obtain certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's in nursing or related field preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• 2–3 years of clinical patient care experience.
• Leadership experience and ability to guide teams.
• Certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise (or to be achieved within eligibility timeline).

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations 24/7.
• Coaching and evaluating the work performance of patient care staff.
• Collaborate with other departments related to patient care operations and services.
