Qualifications

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or equivalent within 180 days of hire.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent.
• RN license (single state) or RN‑COMPACT (multi‑state compact).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care plan and deliver it as outlined.
• Coordinate patient care plans with the team and document changes and incidents.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to better patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications; engage in ongoing training and development.
• Mentor and precept other nurses; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
