Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• All certifications are required upon hire (RN license, BLS, ACLS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide individualized, patient-centered care and collaborate with the interprofessional team.
• Coordinate care with families and significant others and ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports governance and performance improvement initiatives.
