Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing.
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor.
• RN - Multi-state Compact.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, assesses, and documents patients' conditions and care plans.
• Delivers care per plan, communicates with staff and families.
• Contributes to performance improvement and ensures patient safety.
• Maintains licenses, completes required training, and participates in professional growth.
• Mentors and supports professional governance and team development.
