Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in San Jose, CA seeks a Production Engineering Specialist to join the engineering team, testing and troubleshooting microwave hardware. You will develop test specifications, modify diagrams and procedures, and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions, supporting career growth toward design or product roles.

You will work on set-up and calibration of an automated test station, with day shifts Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• US Person status under export laws required.

Responsibilities

• Work with production staff to perform and document testing of microwave hardware.
• Perform and document tuning and test results on multi-function thin film microwave MICs.
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers as part of a product team, providing feedback on modules and subsystem products.
• Perform set-up and calibration of the automated test station.
