Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking a MicroStrategy Developer in Charlotte, NC (onsite) for a 6+ month contract. The role emphasizes hands-on MicroStrategy development, SQL, and data pipeline design across on-prem and cloud environments.

Local candidates only; remote relocation is not offered. The candidate will work with Cloud/CMC MicroStrategy, GCP components like BigQuery, Airflow, and DataProc, and will contribute to AI-enabled analytics initiatives while ensuring data quality and performance

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in MicroStrategy reports, dossiers, dashboards, documents, metrics and prompts.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases and GCP data warehouses.
• Hands-on development, performance tuning, troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience supporting on-premises and Cloud MicroStrategy environments and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, prompts, and subscriptions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Big Data and GCP technologies (BigQuery, Airflow, DataProc).
• Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional groups to implement scalable analytics solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git, Jenkins, and related tooling.
