Motion Recruitment Partners in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Systems Engineer to own Microsoft-based infrastructure in a full-time role. The position concentrates on Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and security-oriented endpoint management in a modern Microsoft environment.

The ideal candidate will deploy and manage Windows endpoints, create automation with PowerShell, and collaborate across IT to improve security and efficiency using the Microsoft stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and endpoint-related issues.
• Understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, applications, and compliance policies.
• Manage Windows endpoint deployments using Microsoft Autopilot.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related Microsoft cloud services.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards.
• Participate in cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization projects.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend solutions that improve security, efficiency, and user experience.
• Partner with security and IT teams to implement best practices across the environment.
• Document systems, configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
