Job summary

All Lines Technology Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect for Microsoft Security to join our cybersecurity practice. The role focuses on engaging clients, leading presales and architecture sessions, and delivering high-quality security solutions across SMB to enterprise environments.

The candidate will develop architecture diagrams, design documents, and delivery playbooks while maintaining security standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and goals
• Lead Presales and Architectural Design sessions to scope, plan, propose, and implement high-quality solutions aligned to customer business goals and technical environment
• Develop technical documentation, such as solution architecture diagrams, high-level design documents, and detailed design documents showcasing our dedication to high-quality solutions and client commitment
• Maintain technical security standards, designs, and delivery playbooks across the Microsoft cloud security ecosystem
• Collaborate across various teams to drive successful client outcomes
• Support simple through complex programs in SMB to enterprise-scale delivery engagements
• Support the growth and scaling of capabilities and solution offerings
• Serve as an escalation point for team members and clients in support of internal projects and client engagements
• Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced security solutions
• Work closely with the project managers, delivery managers, and technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
• Provide technical oversight and support to the project teams during the design, implementation, and deployment phases
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of solutions and ensure they meet the design specifications and client expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Microsoft Cloud technologies and best practices
• Embody the company culture, mission, vision, and values
