Job summary

EY is launching a next-generation Microsoft Enterprise Platform capability within our National Consulting Microsoft Cybersecurity practice. This role focuses on shaping and delivering enterprise-grade security solutions across AI, Security, and Cloud domains.

You will lead as a Solution Architect, driving deal shaping, pre-sales strategy, and client-centric innovation while building and mentoring high-performing teams across Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience in Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, M365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
• Proven ability to work in sales (pre-sales, proposals, solutioning).
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape client opportunities and architect Microsoft-based security solutions.
• Lead solution design, deal execution, and client-centric innovation.
• Deliver security projects for large-scale Microsoft platform opportunities.
• Lead delivery or solutioning across AI, Security, and Cloud engagements.
• Mentor teams and support end-to-end enterprise platform solutions.
