Job summary

JCS Solutions seeks an experienced Microsoft SaaS Solutions Technical Lead to design, implement, customize, and integrate Microsoft cloud-based business solutions for federal clients. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

You will guide Agile teams, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensure DevSecOps practices across environments. A U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft business applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with external apps and data sources.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for design, deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft SaaS solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365).
• Lead Agile development teams to deliver secure, scalable, mission-focused business solutions.
• Map requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
• Design integrations between Microsoft SaaS platforms and enterprise systems using modern APIs.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers and project teams.
• Lead deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and environment strategy across dev/test/stage/prod.
