As a Platform Senior Technical Consultant you can expect to...
- Serve as a key member of delivery teams on large, complex client engagements or act as the technical lead on smaller, focused implementations.
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical solution delivery, ensuring quality outcomes across solutions, features, and user stories.
- Perform a variety of engagement roles based on client needs, including Lead Developer, Solution Developer, and Technical Consultant.
- Design, build, and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Azure services.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and platform best practices.
- Facilitate client-facing consulting activities including cloud assessments, technical workshops, and co-design sessions.
- Guide clients on enterprise platform topics including governance, security, compliance, architecture, user enablement, application lifecycle management (ALM), environment strategy, and deployment pipelines.
- Support successful solution adoption through documentation, technical enablement, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Contribute to the growth of technical delivery capabilities by mentoring colleagues, developing reusable assets, sharing best practices, and expanding intellectual property.
- Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders while gaining a deep understanding of their challenges, goals, and priorities.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative discovery sessions.
- Applying strong technical, analytical, presentation, communication, and documentation skills to complex client engagements.
- Prioritizing work effectively, managing dependencies, and communicating commitments clearly and proactively.
- Working successfully within highly collaborative, cross-functional teams.
- Solving complex technical and business challenges with creative, practical solutions.
- Learning new technologies and concepts quickly and applying them effectively to client needs.
- Coaching and mentoring consultants and developers to elevate delivery quality and technical excellence.
- Sharing expertise through best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Providing occasional technical pre-sales support through client presentations, demonstrations, solution designs, and proposal contributions when aligned to your expertise.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of technical consulting or client-facing experience working with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, Microsoft 365, application development, integration, and/or infrastructure solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade Power Platform solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and integrations using connectors, APIs, or custom services.
- Strong client-facing consulting skills, including the ability to guide clients through ambiguity and complex technical challenges.
- A passion for Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and autonomy with the ability to independently translate goals into action and deliver results.
- Experience collaborating effectively with technical and functional stakeholders across diverse project teams.
- The ability to balance independent execution with seeking and providing support when needed to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
