Job summary

BabyBots is seeking a hands-on Power Platform developer to build and troubleshoot business applications and automations across Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.

You will own defined features, workstreams, and client engagements within 90 days, delivering maintainable solutions and clear communication with both our team and clients. The role offers ownership, exposure to AI technologies, and opportunities to grow toward senior roles.

Your focus

You’ll build solutions across Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, APIs, ERP systems, document processing, legacy modernization, and other business-critical workflows.

Responsibilities

You’ll take defined business problems from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and stabilization while communicating clearly, identifying risks early, and building solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and practical for the client.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with hands‑on Power Platform experience who can independently build and troubleshoot business applications and automations, work with common enterprise data sources and integrations, and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

Additional experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, APIs, custom connectors, programming languages, Dynamics 365, ERP integrations, ALM, governance, or Microsoft certifications is a plus but not required.

Within your first 90 days, you should be able to contribute meaningfully to active client engagements, independently own defined features and workstreams, produce maintainable solutions, and communicate confidently with both our team and our clients.
