Endeavor Health is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join our Microsoft Platform Engineering team in a hybrid role. You will ensure stability, security and performance of on-prem and cloud platforms, collaborating across IT and vendor teams to deliver reliable services.

The role requires 5+ years in IT systems or platform engineering, strong scripting skills, and a solid understanding of Windows and cloud environments. Local travel to Arlington Heights and Warrenville may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years IT systems/platform engineering experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience developing a platform strategy.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Endeavor Health software, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Lead tech initiatives with minimal direction.
• Analyze resources to maintain service levels.
• Install releases, upgrades, and patches.
• Support platforms and resolve inquiries.
• Manage alerts and tickets; provide on-call support.
• Maintain operational security and respond to breaches.
