Qualifications

- Five+ years of IT Systems/Platform Engineering experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience with IT systems, platform engineering or technical engineering.
- Training or certification related to technology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade Endeavor Health's software, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Lead technology initiatives with minimal direction and drive milestones.
- Analyze and size hardware/software requirements for service levels.
- Install software releases, patches, and security updates.
- Support inquiries and resolve issues across platforms and devices.
- Troubleshoot alerts and tickets and escalate when needed.
- Contribute to security remediation tasks and incident response.
- Stay current on systems and software used in the role.
