Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade Endeavor Health's software, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Lead technology initiatives with minimal direction and drive milestones.
• Analyze and size hardware/software requirements for service levels.
• Install software releases, patches, and security updates.
• Support inquiries and resolve issues across platforms and devices.
• Troubleshoot alerts and tickets and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to security remediation tasks and incident response.
• Stay current on systems and software used in the role.
