Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a skilled Microsoft IAM Engineer to lead the administration, governance, and security of our enterprise identity and access management environment. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID, identity lifecycle management, authentication services, and enterprise application integrations, with emphasis on integrating Entra with Workday for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IAM administration experience; 5 years preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft Entra/AD
• Experience integrating Workday with identity platforms
• Willing to travel up to 15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Administer Entra ID, Azure AD, and on-premises AD.
• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, passwordless, SSPR, RBAC, PIM.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Automation, and IaC.
