Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft IAM Engineer to lead administration, governance, security, and operational maturity of our identity environment. You will own Entra ID, lifecycle management, authentication, access governance, and enterprise app integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3+ years IAM administration experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra/AD and Azure environments.
• Experience integrating Workday with identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise IAM services across Microsoft Entra ID and Azure environments.
• Manage user lifecycles: onboarding, transfers, RBAC changes and offboarding.
• Configure authentication controls: SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, SSPR, RBAC, PIM, Privileged Identities.
• Manage enterprise apps, registrations, API permissions, and federated auth (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
• Govern identity access with reviews, entitlement management, and policy enforcement.
• Automate identity operations using PowerShell and Graph API; IaC where relevant.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, and Cloud Engineering for secure cloud adoption.
