Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft IAM Engineer to lead the administration, governance, security, and operational maturity of our enterprise identity and access management environment. This role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID, identity lifecycle, authentication, access governance, and integrations, including Workday provisioning and deprovisioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IAM administration; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra/AD and Azure environments.
• Proven ability to integrate Workday with identity platforms.
• Strong automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, governance, and security of IAM across Microsoft Entra, Azure, and on‑prem environments.
• Manage user lifecycle, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PIM, and privileged access controls.
• Configure enterprise apps, API permissions, and federated auth (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• Support Workday integration for identity provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, and Cloud teams; drive automation initiatives.
