Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Microsoft IAM Engineer to lead administration, governance, security, and automation of our enterprise IAM environment, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and Workday integrations.

The role supports cloud identity governance, SSO/MFA, RBAC, and PIM across Azure, Entra, and Microsoft 365, with collaboration across Security and Cloud teams. Remote-friendly, strong automation culture encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IAM administration; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience integrating Workday with identity platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra/Azure environments.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, CA, RBAC, and PIM.
• Strong scripting/automation with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer IAM services across Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and on-prem AD.
• Manage user lifecycles: onboarding, transfers, role changes, offboarding.
• Configure authentication controls: SSO, MFA, CA, passwordless, SSPR, RBAC, PIM.
• Manage enterprise apps, API permissions, and federated auth (SAML/OIDC/SCIM).
• Govern access with least privilege and Zero Trust principles.
• Support identity governance: access reviews, entitlement mgmt, admin roles.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, and Cloud Engineering teams.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Graph API, and IaC.
• Participate in incident response and RCA.
