Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O developer to design, customize, and support our Dynamics environment. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to build scalable, automated solutions and improve reporting.

The role requires 3+ years for Developer II or 6+ years for Developer III, strong Dynamics architecture knowledge, and hands-on C#, SQL Server, and APIs experience. Onsite in The Colony, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Developer II: 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience with F&O focus.
• Developer III: 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience with F&O focus.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics architecture and customization.
• Hands-on experience with C#, SQL Server, Power Platform, APIs & integrations.
• Experience developing reports, workflows, and custom business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in The Colony, TX.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT teams to build scalable solutions, automate processes, improve reporting, and solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics F&O solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations/APIs between Dynamics and third‑party systems.
• Develop extensions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and standardization.
• Develop and support reporting using Power BI, SQL, and SSRS.
• Maintain data integrity and support enterprise analytics.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, testing, and change management.

Developer III additionally:

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to solution architecture and integration strategy.
• Act as a technical SME for Dynamics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Developer II: 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience, with F&O focus.
• Developer III: 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience, with F&O focus.

• Microsoft Dynamics or Azure certifications.
• Experience with ERP implementations, acquisitions, or system consolidations.
• Experience supporting multi‑site/multi‑state organizations.
• Background in construction, manufacturing, distribution, services, or other operationally complex industries.
• Solution architecture and integration design experience.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of scalability, governance, and enterprise application strategy.
