Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer II or III to design, customize, integrate, and support our Dynamics 365 environment. You will work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to deliver scalable ERP solutions and automate business processes.

The role requires 3+ years (II) or 6+ years (III) of Dynamics development, strong C#, SQL Server, Power Platform, and REST API experience, and you must be onsite in The Colony,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Developer II: 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Developer III: 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and ERP development.
• Hands-on experience with C#, SQL Server, Power Platform, REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience developing custom business applications, workflows, and reporting solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in The Colony, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.
• Design and support integrations and APIs between Dynamics and third-party applications.
• Build extensions, workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive process automation, system standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and support reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Ensure data integrity and support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and change management activities.
• Lead complex Dynamics 365 F&O development and integration projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to solution architecture, integration strategy, and technical standards.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics initiatives.
